Terms and Conditions
By signing up and paying the required fees as indicated, Internet Search Masters Website Design and SEO it's agents or assigns, hereinafter referred to as The Company, and the client agree to the following terms and conditions.
Internet Search Masters, it's agents or assigns, will provide a website and or optimization services for client to attain front page rankings via the major Internet search engines including but not exclusive to: Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask Jeeves, Alta Vista, Excite and others. Internet Search Masters will provide positioning for the clients website to be found in one or more of the search engine search results for up to 200 keyword specific words and or phrases relative to the business engaged in by the client. Company will submit to client within 48 hours of signup and client will review, edit, and approve, commonly utilized keywords/phrases that will be used for the optimization. Company agrees to add additional keyword pages if desired and at clients request at no additional cost up to the maximum indicated above.
Optimization guarantee: The Company guarantees that it will provide client at least 10 front page rankings for clients website on one or more of the three major search engines, ie. Google, Yahoo and or AOL in the first 30 days of service. Client agrees that for the Company to facilitate this guarantee, that time is of the essence and that client will communicate with The Company either by phone or by email in a timely manner. If company does not provide client with at least 10 front page rankings in the first 30 days as set forth herein, at clients request, the Company will provide client with a full refund of all monies paid in the first 30 days and this agreement will be immediately terminated. After 30 days, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any reason.
It is the intent of The Company to attain front page rankings for as many keywords as possible for clients website throughout the duration of this agreement, and that Company will continually work toward that goal. However, The Company makes no guarantee as to exactly how many front page rankings it will attain for client during the performance or over the duration of this agreement.
Internet Search Masters shall not be held liable for damages or loss of income resulting from loss of traffic via these rankings whether such loss is the fault of the client, Internet Search Masters, the search engines, software, hosting accounts, or any other parties associated with Internet Search Masters either directly or indirectly.
Client understands that search engines routinely change algorithms which can greatly affect the outcome of current and future website rankings, and client should not base future earnings, income, advertising campaigns, or any other advertising decisions solely upon the search result positioning's provided by the Company. To make this expressly clear, traffic from any and all of these portals can cease without warning and Internet Search Masters makes no guarantees to the client with regards to longevity of such traffic. Due to that fact, the client is under no obligation to continue this contract should traffic patterns change thereby rendering Internet Search Masters services to be of no value.
Terms of Agreement. The term of this agreement will be on a month to month basis.
Client may cancel this agreement with thirty (30) days notice to Internet Search Masters in writing, by mail, email, or by personal delivery. If client elects to cancel AFTER his monthly payment date, no partial refund will be given for that month.
Internet Search Masters agrees to provide client with a report in the first 30 days of service which will include the specific search terms that clients website has been ranked for and the location of these rankings on the search engines of Google, Yahoo, and AOL. Further, Internet Search Masters will provide client with a control panel with unlimited access to client where client can log in and view website traffic statistics for the optimized domain. After the first 30 days, aforementioned keyword reports will be generated and delivered to client on a quarterly basis.
Confidential Information. The client agrees that any information received by the client during any furtherance of Internet Search Masters performance of this agreement, which concerns the methods, software's, vendors, tricks of the trade, techniques, or any other information utilized by Internet Search Masters for the purposes of search engine optimization will be treated by the client in full confidence and will not be revealed to any other persons, firms or organizations.
In the event that the company or client elects to terminate this agreement, client has no claim or rights to any future traffic delivered to the aforementioned domains or sub-domain URL’s after the termination of this agreement.
By signing up and paying the required fees, client hereby agrees to these terms and conditions.
